§ 2.44.070. Director of Emergency Services.

The City Manager shall be the Director of Emergency Services. In the City Manager's absence or inability to act, the City Manager shall automatically be succeeded as Director of Emergency Services by the officials and persons named for this purpose, and in the order specified, in the emergency management plan of the city.
