§ 2.04.010. Day and time of regular meetings.

The regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the hour of 5:00 p.m. The public meeting shall commence at 7:00 p.m. Public hearings shall be set and noticed for 7:00 p.m. If the date of any such regular meeting falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held at the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the next succeeding day which is not a holiday, with the public meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. and public hearings being held at 7:00 p.m.
